Vivarium Log: Reptile Care

Vivarium Log is the husbandry record book for reptile and amphibian keepers. Every feed, shed, weigh-in and enclosure reading for every animal, stored on your phone. No account, no cloud, nothing leaves the device.

🦎 ONE RECORD PER ANIMAL
Name, species, morph, sex, hatch and acquired dates, source, enclosure, microchip or PIT tag, photo and notes. Pick from a built-in species list covering ball pythons, corn snakes, boas, king and milk snakes, hognose, carpet pythons, leopard and crested geckos, bearded dragons, blue tongue skinks, uromastyx, chameleons, iguanas, tegus, tortoises, axolotls, pacman and dart frogs, tarantulas — or type your own.

🍽 FEEDING REMINDERS ON YOUR OWN INTERVAL
Set the interval per animal — every 7 days, every 10, every 21 — and choose the hour you want to be told. Vivarium Log works out the next due date from the last feed you actually logged and sends a notification on the day. It never suggests an interval and never tells you how to keep your animal. Your husbandry, your numbers.

• Feeds — prey item, how many, your own size label, method, accepted or refused
• Sheds — full or in pieces, with quality noted
• Weights — grams or ounces, with an optional length in cm or inches

A growth chart plots every weigh-in per animal, so a refusing snake that is also losing weight is obvious at a glance. A date-grouped, colour-coded timeline shows the whole history for one animal or across your entire collection, with each entry type on its own coloured node.

📄 RECORDS YOU CAN HAND OVER
Export every animal and every entry as a CSV spreadsheet, or produce a full husbandry record PDF — the document to give an exotics vet at an appointment, or a buyer when an animal moves on. Both go out through the normal share sheet.

💾 YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Save a backup file wherever you choose and restore it on any device. A restore merges by entry id and never deletes anything already there. There is no account to make and no server holding your collection.
